- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have done three closings with this lender. Usually quick communication through the process and availability for questions. There were a few hiccups on my first deal but I found more and more that this lender was not careful with personal information. On three separate occasions (two on my final deal with them) I was accidentally emailed personally identifiable and financial information of other people's deals. It was bad news but to be fair, Bart did take this seriously after I approached him about it the third time. The loan process is usually pretty easy but the request for quick turnaround on items after I communicated when I would and would not be available could have been handled better.By Sarah Pritchett, July 19, 2017
