- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had the misfortune of using this agent for several years. I was constantly given the run-around when asked why my rates were constantly changing. When I called to ask if they could match a competitor's rate, I was asked "Do they know what they are getting into?" They are incredibly uncaring and condescending and I do not recommend them to anyone.By Bekah Carlson, July 17, 2017
