- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆New location, same horrible service and pricing. This place is an absolute rip off. Used to be $400 for a tax return long form (which even then I didn't like but wanted the signature of an accountant) and now it's $1200. That wasn't a mistype, $1200 for something I did mostly for them (all the numbers are there, they just plug them in, if it took an hour I'd be shocked). Other people I've talked with around Fort Walton Beach and Destin have said the same thing and will never use them again. I certainly won't. The CPA I switched to is a fraction of the cost and actually engages me when I come in and asks questions (something Carr Riggs & Ingram charges extra for). I wish I was able to give less than one star.By S, March 25, 2017
