  They have none of the food that I actually enjoy there. No regular McChicken patties. No Jalepenos. No Chipotle BBQ. No southern style chicken. Get it together.

  I just visited the store on N. Ferdon Blvd, Crestview. When I arrived business was quite slow but the restroom was disgusting. Feces on the toilet seat, paper, urine and pools of water on the floors, black grime in both sinks. Also the trash cans were full. I informed the manager of all of this. I ordered a big Mac meal and a cheeseburger kid's meal. While waiting for our food there was constant yelling from the crew, including the manager, saying "I hate McDonald's employees" and many other degrading things. Despite being almost completely dead and having plenty of employees working it took about 15 minutes to get COLD burgers in soggy boxes smeared in who knows what. After being there almost an hour with no real change in the flow of business I returned to the restroom to find no change other than the seat I had previously cleaned off for my son. Upon leaving the trashcans were still full. This store desperately needs an anonymous and unannounced inspection and most likely a change of management and re-training in health standards, company policies and in general, how not to be lazy and useless. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience at a Costa but it certainly is the worst. They have either spread themselves too thin or have stopped caring.
