  I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered checks over six weeks ago, this branch has continued to tell me they were on order, in the meantime, I have had to get money orders, cashiers checks etc. (a bookkeeping nightmare as this is a business account) I finally get a call from the manager on Thursday telling me she has "handled it" and after having to stop by the next day, to get yet another money order because I do not have my checks yet, she tells me she expedited the checks for two to three day arrival. Then proceeds to tell me she will "handle" the expedited fees (mind you, I ordered these over 6 weeks ago) so, I still see nothing from Regions saying they have even charged for checks so, I call the main line, they tell me they did not even get ordered until the 31st of July, 3 days after the manager told me she "expedited" them. They are being shipped in 5 to 7 business days now!!!! Ridiculous! I am going to Wells FARGO and getting with a real bank. They have also done this to my husband before, they sent my mom's debit card to another state once. They charged me over 500 dollars two years ago in overdraft when my account was hacked and could not explain for over a year why 150 dollars was just mysteriously missing from my mother's checking account!!!!! Not to mention the constant hacking of their debit cards.

  No local number, you have to wait and talk to a computer, poor quality.
